the area has a lot to offer, from the lovely lake views at the hotel's cafe to the proximity to a big supermarket. Although the nearby restaurants were closed, we found a great spot nearby where we enjoyed a delicious lunch. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable western beds and impeccable Japanese decor. the open-air onsen provided breathtaking views of the lake, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was an extensive buffet with a range of delicious options.

The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of both Japanese and Western dishes. The location was convenient with easy transportation to restaurants and a large supermarket. I also enjoyed relaxing in the hotel's cafe once checked in.

Poor communication and lack of amenities. The staff had trouble communicating in English, leading to confusion and frustration. The hotel lacked many amenities like a fitness center and spa, which was disappointing. It was difficult to get around and explore the area due to the hotel's remote location.
